The Mercedes R107 (SL) and C107 (SLC) were the second longest single series ever produced by the german automaker, after the G-Class. From 1971 to 1989 the SL was produced. The SLC production ended 7 years earlier. The SL was an 2-seat car with a detachable roof. The SLC was a 4-seat car with a fixed roof and an optional sliding steel sunroof.
You could order you car with a six cylinder inline engine or a V8 engine.
